How Order Pickup & Delivery Works
Local Order Pickup Instructions
Once an order is completed, we will reach out to the email you used (generally within a few days) to arrange for local pick-up at our nursery. We will include a photo of your order along with pickup instructions and our address. We are located in Henrico County, near the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden. You can also provide additional information or requests at time of checkout using the "Notes to WBN" section.
Local Order Delivery (Exceeding $100)
For individual orders exceeding $100, local delivery to much of the Greater Richmond Region is an option at no additional cost. If your order exceeds $100 and you would like a delivery, please let us know using the "Notes to WBN" section at time of checkout. We are often able to make a delivery within 7 days of your order, often much sooner.
Delivery within Virginia but outside of the Greater Richmond Region may be possible for larger orders, or for an agreed-upon extra fee. We love traveling around Virginia, so please contact us via email at woollybearnatives@gmail.com before ordering to see if delivery is an option to your location.
We do not ship live plants at this time.
If We Haven't Heard From You
We may choose to refund your order and return plants to available stock if we have not heard back from a customer during an amount of time after an order is placed. For example:

7 days after we reach out with pickup instructions sent, without us receiving a response from the customer.

7 days after an arranged pickup time is missed by a customer without notice and without us receiving a response.

If a customer misses more than 1 scheduled pickup time without providing notice.

7-14 days after delivery is requested by a customer, but a date and time for delivery is not yet scheduled.
We will do our best to notify customers if their order is refunded. After a refund is completed, a new order will need to be placed if you would still like the plants, assuming they are still in stock.
If You Haven't Heard From Us Yet
If you haven't heard from us within 7 days of your order being placed, please email us at woollybearnatives@gmail.com, or text (804) 658-7697. It's possible an email was entered incorrectly, or an order was not put through the checkout system fully. We will respond as soon as we are able.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. WBN will never knowingly sell a plant which does not reach or exceed our standards. Plants put for sale will always be strong, healthy, fully rooted into their pots, and able to tolerate transplanting at time of sale or delivery.
We do not employ use of pesticides, and plants may show harmless signs of nibbling by insects. If you're curious why we consider this a good thing, please read Why Plant Natives?
We encourage gardeners to review plant information available for every species we sell, which includes notes regarding grow difficulty. We are also always happy to provide recommendations or advice on growing or planting any species we sell before purchase.
